Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
  • As our garments are made specially for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for made-to-order or customized products.
  • In case of sizing concerns, we offer one-time complimentary alteration (within India) if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
 
Ready-to-Ship Products
  • Can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method after inspection.
 
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
 
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at
support@houseofsivana.com within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the issue.
We will review and arrange an exchange or replacement wherever possible.
 
Non-Returnable Items
 
Gift cards, altered garments, and sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept secure online payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and select international gateways.

6. Cancellations
 
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond that, the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.

House of Sivana will not be responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, natural events, or customs procedures.
 
8. Return & Refund
 
House of Sivana products are Custom made, each order is made according to the Customer Choice and needs, we offer Return in case of wrong product delivered, if the order is cancelled with offer a Refund after the Payment rec. from our Payment Provider, it can take upto 12-15 days maximum depending on the day Amount rec. in our Account.
