All our garments are made to order, unless marked ready-to-ship.

  • Production Timeline: 3–6 weeks depending on the design.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 5–7 business days.

  • Domestic Delivery: 3–6 business days post dispatch (complimentary for prepaid orders).

  • International Delivery: Timelines and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its journey.

5. Returns, Refunds & Alterations

We take immense pride in crafting each piece to perfection. Since most garments are made-to-order, we follow a limited return and exchange policy.

  • Made-to-Order Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
    However, we offer one-time complimentary alterations (within India) if requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Eligible for return/exchange within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Refunds: Processed as store credit or to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, altered garments, and sale pieces.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our team at

After this window, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
